Just to let you know I have spoken to P the manager at Arran about your chef, D. He is apparently, an excellent chef, hard working, creative, doing work in his own time when he wanted to introduce something a bit more involved – delight to work with.

I thought you might want to pass these remarks on to D.

We have been delighted with the efficient, professional service we have received from AWOL since we started contacting them to support our recruitment over the summer.

We have contacted AWOL with our most pressing, immediate vacancies and they have risen to every challenge we have set them. Most importantly, AWOL has delivered a high quality chef/ manager to the location we want on the date we want and for the duration we need.

We have had reports back from the house Managers that the chefs produce very high quality food – on occasion too fast for the staff to keep up! The standards across the board are excellent – from the initial phone call to the quality of the food produced. The service is also seamless – whenever an issue arises, a Chef is ill, for instance, the first I hear about it is from AWOL who have already arranged other Chefs to cover.

We look forward to continuing to use AWOL as part of our recruitment systems in the future.
