| This is a large hotel with an a la carte restaurant and busy banqueting trade. They are looking for a food and beverage manager to assist with the management of the restaurant and food service areas. There will be elements of duty management, some straight and some split shifts. You will need to manage your front of house team, and run the restaurant in the absence of the restaurant manager. This is a responsible position and a good solid career move. They are offering a competitive salary, live in accommodation if required, and a comprehensive benefits package. |
