CDP £16 - £18k. Windermere.AWOL Ref: 4039A motivated & friendly Chef de Partie is required to join a 3 red star, 2AA Rosette, 32 bedroom country house hotel situated overlooking Lake Windermere. We are looking for someone who is bright, enthusiastic and a team player. You must work well under pressure and have the maturity to use your initiative.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential as is experience in Larder & Sauce.
Responsible to the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Hotel Manager, this is a great opportunity for a Commis or Demi CDP with experience to 2/3 Rosette level to progress & assist the team in taking their existing awards to the next stage.
