You will be working alongside a Master Chef of Great Britain and will need to be able to demonstrate experience in all areas of the kitchen,including pastry, and a capability to cope under pressure.

The sucessful candidate must have the following attributes;

•  a proven track record of working in similiar establishments with a minimum standard of 2 Rosettes
• ability to multi task
• supervisory skills
• good communicator
• self motivated
• keen to learn and progress
• team player-not just within the kitchen but throughout the hotel.
