Sous /Second Chef ,Windermere,up to £18k Ref 4026 |

Sous or Second Chef required by a peaceful and secluded small Lakeland hotel located on the outskirts of Windermere(within walking distance of the town and the lake). Currently serving breakfast and dinners ,the Chef will be required to work as part of a three person team in the hotel and restaurant kitchen which boasts an AA one rosette standard. Working hours will be split shifts working 5 days out of 7 per week and the Sous/Second chef will be competant on all sections and should be able to cover the Head Chef's days off.
