This 18th century coaching inn is looking for a Senior Sous to strengthen their team of 6 & provide backup & cover for their Head Chef.Set within & owned by a long established family estate near Penrith, the kitchen prides its self on the use of home reared, home grown & seasonal supplies from the estate.You will have a minimum of 5 years experience at least 2 working as Sous or above in a busy restaurant or pub with rooms, have experience menu writing & organising staff & be passionate about fresh food.Initially working 45 plus hours, over 5 days with Wed & Thurs off (although this may be changeable)Meals during straight shifts, share of tips & staff discount scheme available.If you are interested please email your CV to general@ awolrecruitment.com or call 015395 35777 quoting AWOL reference no. 2035 for more information.
