Sous Chef required for Country House Hotel aiming for First Rosette This hotel presently caters for breakfast and dinner with occaisional lunches and afternoon teas with a good standard of food and presentation and are aimimg to achieve Rosette standard in the near future and they are seeking a talented and committed Sous Chef who will assist the Head Chef in achieving this. The suitable candidiate will be able to cover all sections of the kitchen and cover for the Head Chef in his absence. Salary will be in the region of £18k,negotiable for the right candidate
