Chef de Partie 3 * Hotel, Bowness on Windermere

This large hotel overlooking Lake Windermere in one of the Lake District’s busiest towns is looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to compliment their team. 

The candidate must be able  to demonstrate experience in providing traditional food to very high standards,  catering for large numbers at breakfast , lunchtime carvery along with plated main courses and evening meals in this  very busy restaurant.

In addition the hotel caters for weddings, functions and banquets on a regular basis.The successful candidate will be working alongside a Head Chef ,Sous chef and two other Chef de Partis ,covering a 39 hour week with a mixture of straight and split shifts and two days off per week. 

This is a permanent position , can be live in or out and offers substantial career development opportunities for the right candidate within the group .
