£16 - £18k.Windermere.A motivated & friendly Chef de Partie is required to join a 3 red star, 2AA Rosette, 32 bedroom country house hotel situated overlooking Lake Windermere. We are looking for someone who is bright, enthusiastic and a team player. You must work well under pressure and have the maturity to use your initiative. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Responsible to the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Hotel Manager, this is a great opportunity for a Commis or Demi CDP with experience to 2/3 Rosette level to progress & assist the team in taking their existing awards to the next stage.
